Biography:
Denji, also known as Chainsaw Man, is the titular character from the manga series "Chainsaw Man" created by Tatsuki Fujimoto. His first appearance is in Chapter 1 of the manga, titled "A Dog and a Chainsaw," published in Weekly Shōnen Jump.
Denji begins as an impoverished young man burdened with his deceased father's debt to the Yakuza. He ekes out a living as a Devil Hunter with his Chainsaw Devil companion, Pochita.
Through tragic circumstances, Denji merges with Pochita, granting him the power to transform into Chainsaw Man. He becomes a Public Safety Devil Hunter, tasked with eliminating threats to humanity under the supervision of Makima.
As Chainsaw Man, Denji gains immense strength, durability, and the ability to manifest chainsaws from his body. He's driven by simple desires, gradually learning to navigate the complex world of Devils and human relationships.
